CONFERENCE AGENDA
2nd Annual
Global Private Equity Conference 2003 (Shanghai):
China And The APEC Nations
The massive purchasing power of China's
emerging middle class is attracting global businesses including many portfolio
companies of foreign private equity investors to China.
New laws that address foreign direct investments offer private equity
investors greater access to the Chinese marketplace. We have assembled a
powerful delegation of Limited Partners, Private Equity Investors, &
Industry Leaders from around the world. World-class institutional
investors will give valuable insights and provide clear directions in
global venture capital & private equity investments. Successful direct investors will describe their deal flow in China and
APEC nations and discuss topics including: buyout, communications,
distressed, financial sector, hedge, M&A and exit strategies, real estate,
venture capital, biotechnology, and private equity partnership fund
raising. This "must attend" two-day private equity conference will
showcase 6 panels, consisting of leading Limited Partners & Private Equity
Investors, moderated by top industry experts, as they review private
equity investing in China and the Asia Pacific region, and make their
predictions for 2004 and beyond. (UPDATE: Advance
Online/Wire Registration Only,
