There will be no exceptions to this policy for any reason.  Substitutions in writing may be made at any time up to 1 week before the day of the event. 
The organizer reserves the right to make any amendments that it deems to be in the interests of the conference and without any prior notice. Topic and speakers may be subject to change. In the event of a conference cancellation, Global Venture Network will refund your registration fee, but assumes no liability for non-refundable transportation costs, hotel accommodations, or additional costs incurred by registrants.

Sponsoring firms may send 250 copies of their 1-page descriptive insertions (8 1/2 inches by 11 inches) (one or two sided)(color or black & white) (flat or tri-fold) (English or Chinese) with the 3 hole punched already to the address below, no later than Friday March 14th, 2003.  If you wish your firm's logo to be printed on the conference BACKDROP behind the speaker podium, please send your TIF format logo to Flora Zhou (hzhou@mcgholding.com), no later than Friday March 14th, 2003.

Exhibition material may be delivered after 3pm on Tuesday, March 25th, 2003 directly to the Four Seasons Hotel Shanghai with "Delivery to Main Ball Room for Global Venture Network".   Several eight foot long tables will be available for your use in the central area, within equidistant view of the ballroom delegates.  Sponsor table selection is first come basis.   Sponsors are responsible for clean-up, packaging and return delivery of their firm's marketing material to their place of origin.  Speakers delivering power point presentations must bring their own laptop to ensure proper functionality.

Names for guest passes must be submitted  by email only, by Friday, March 21st, 2003.  There will be no at-door admissions, and no one will be admitted without a proper name badge.   This conference has already reached maximum seating capacity.   We will not relocate to a larger venue to accommodate the strong local demand.  The conference is SOLD OUT and there will be no standing room permitted and no walk-ins allowed.
